A M2B Rica Agent will create you as a Smartcall Rica Agent. This has to be done face to face as per the Rica Act.

 

How to Rica a M2B Starter Pack using my cell phone (SmartRica)

(make sure you have the subscribers name, surname, physical address, I.D. number or passport number, before you start the Rica process)

  1. Dial *130*7422#
  2. Choose option 1 = Register.
  3. Choose the network.
  4. Choose option 2 = Sim Card No.
  5. Follow the on-screen questions.

 

How to do a Change of Ownership

(make sure you have the cell number, subscribers name, surname, physical address, I.D. number or passport number, before you start the Change of Ownership process)

  1. Dial *130*7422#
  2. Choose option 2 = Change ownership.
  3. Choose the network.
  4. Enter the cell number.
  5. Follow the on screen questions.

 

How to Earn Starter Pack Promotional Support

  1. Rica the M2B starter pack using *130*7422#
  2. Recharge R25 for MTN, R22 for Vodacom VSP2, Cell C and Telkom Mobile *130*7422#
  3. Once the subscriber has “talked-out” the required airtime per network, this becomes an activation for you
  4. Activation = payment of up to R30 depending on how many activations you have done in a month.
  5. The networks have different  activation criteria for different  starter packs. Generally an activation is when a customer has spoken out, sms’d, or used data to the value of between R20 and R30 within 90 day period.

 

How to get paid

  1. For Vodacom, payment is between the 8th and 18th of every month.
  2. For MTN, Cell C and Telkom Mobile payment is between the 22nd and 25th of every month.
  3. Activation payment is transferred into your Smartload Account, which you can access by dailing *130*678#
  4. You will receive a sms advising you of the amount and for which network you have been paid.

  

How do I check my Smartload Balance on my cell phone?

  1. Dial *130*678#
  2. Choose option 2 = Balance.
  3. Enter your PIN = last 4 digits of your cell phone number (advisable to change this).
  4. The on-screen display will show you’re your balance.
  5. HOW DO I transfer Smartload money to another Smarload cell phone?
  6. Dial *130*678#
  7. Choose option 3 = funds transfer.
  8. Enter your pin.
  9. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
  10. Enter the cell phone number to which the funds must be transferred.
  11. Confirm your selection by selecting either, option 1 = proceed, or option 2 = cancel (if you have made an error)

 

How do I recharge from my cell phone (sell a voucher)?

  1. Dial *130*678#
  2. Choose option 1 – Recharge.
  3. Choose network.
  4. Select the recharge product = 1 Airtime or 2 Data Bundle.
  5. Enter the recharge amount (between R2 and R999).
  6. Enter the Cell No. you want to recharge.
  7. Enter your PIN no.
  8. Confirm your selection by selecting either, option 1 = proceed, or option 2 = cancel (if you have made an error)
